He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Cundiff and Peggy Cundiff (Fuller); and his brother Donald Richard Cundiff. He is survived by: his wife Janice May of Oberlin; his sons, Jeffrey Burkhead and Quintin Cundiff (Lindsay); his grandchildren, Carter and Joshua Cundiff; his siblings, Vicky Case (Glenn), Randy Cundiff (Stacy) and Robin McCoy (Eric); his half-brother Trampus Francis (Heddy); his stepbrother Todd Francis; and his stepfather Sonny Francis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
