He is survived by: his former wife Doreen Boutz; his stepdaughter Marlene Smith of Holdrege, NE; and his sister Bettie Jannings of Storm Lake, IA. He is also survived by two sons and their wives, Greg & Jolene Kolsky of Grand Junction, CO, and Evan and Mary Kolsky of Clay Center; two daughters.
