He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Addleman and Neva Addleman (Russell); his brother Alan; and his brother-in-law Robert Ingold. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Renee Rush (Kevin), Shannon Ree Addleman and Chad Theodore Addleman (Noel); his wife Sharon Addleman; his grandchildren, Gavin, Gannon Rush, Brynna, Bryant Addleman-Gillund, Kate and Jack Addleman; and his sister Ruth Ingold of Lenexa, KS. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
