He was predeceased by: his father Larry L. Fringer; and his great-nephew Landon Fringer. He is survived by: his mother Kathleen Ann Fringer (Gibson); his wife Carmen Fringer; his children, Jacklyn Fringer, Emmy Marie Heikes (Justin), Leeann Fringer, Cody Fringer and Montana Fringer; and his siblings, Daniel Fringer (Cynthia) and Debra Hudson (Tyler). He is also survived by five grandchildren.
