It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Doris E. Sloan (Oberlin, Kansas), who passed away on August 15, 2023, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Wasson and Dolly Wasson (Brainard); her husband Cleland Sloan; her daughter Cindi Sauder; her son-in-law Dennis Shirley; and her siblings, Donald Wasson, Keith Wasson, Daisy Schmidt and MaryLou Wasson.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Shirley and Tom Sloan (Leanna). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contribution may be made out to Oberlin United Methodist Church.
