She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Charles and Mary Christine Lemman (Fisher); her sister Dona VanPelt; and her brothers-in-law, Roy VanPelt and Steve Newton.
She is survived by: her husband Murry Dean Pavlicek; her daughters, Kelli Butherus (Daniel) of Wichita, KS and Kerri Schippers (Marvin Kaus) of Hoxie, KS; her siblings, Janet Wright (Stephen) of Hays, KS, Donnie Lemman (Gerry) of Hays, KS and Carol Hodson (Scott) of Omaha, NE; her siblings-in-law, Cletus Knipp of Hays, KS and Marcia Lemman of Salina, KS; and her grandchildren, Kollyn Schippers of Oberlin, KS, Mark Schippers of Colby, KS, Luke Schippers of Hoxie, KS, Clay and Erin Butherus of Wichita, KS. She is also survived by 16 nieces and nephews.
