He is survived by: his wife Beverly Cornwell; his children, Derek Muehlenkamp (Kim) and Christina Palmer (Adam); his stepsons, Ryan Cornwell and Joshua Cornwell; his granddaughters, Alexis Muehlenkamp, Olivia Palmer, Arielle Palmer and Acelynn Muehlenkamp; and his sisters, Bernadette Novotny (Brent) and Theresa Fox.
