He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Lindsay and Dott Lindsay (Slinkard); his brothers, Emmett and George; his siblings-in-law, Warren Park, Mae Hullet and Candy Jo Beckner; his nephews, Vaughn Tomlinson, Chuck Hartpence, Jerry Lindsay and Steve Phillips; his great-niece Lezlie Gean; and his pet Tootsie.
He is survived by: his uncle Harold; his wife Eunice; his children, Mitch Powell (Nancy) of Halstead, Rusty Lindsay (Pam) of Hays, Susan Glassman (Jerry) of Oakley and Terri Hutton (Dan) of Scott City; his grandchildren, Megan Stephenson (Shane), Bradley Lindsay (Audra), Michael Lindsay (Nika), Kyle Glassman, Shaylyn Rucker (Eric), Wyatt Glassman, Danielle York (Nathan), Briana Hutton, Grace Hutton and Callie Hutton; his great grandchildren, Aidan Stephenson, Connor Stephenson, Bella Lindsay, Zachary Lindsay, Maddox Lindsay and Lexis Glassman; his siblings-in-law, Betty Ranes (Jerry), Dixie Lindsay, Cherry Law (Clair), Cora Lee Walker (Ken), Kelvin Hullet, Robert Lynn Vavricka (Pat), Pat Vavricka (Rita) and Lee Beckner (Shelly); and his pet Trixie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
