She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Ray and Mary Alice Walters (Ridge); and her siblings, Deloris Konetchy, LaVeta Garrison, Jean Marnell and Raymond Walters.
She is survived by: her husband Clarence Homer Ward; her children, Les, Kasey Briggs (Patrick) of Hanahan, Leslie Ward (Tammy) of Norwich and Janet Van Gieson (Robert) of Norwich; her grandchildren, Sean Briggs (Samantha), Reed Briggs of Hanahan, Katie Garrison of Nebraska, Brandon Ward of Claremore, Hope Cantrell (Damion) of Inola, Shanese Garrison of Claremore, Adam Van Gieson (Kassey) of Goddard and Jamie Van Gieson of Highland, Kansas; and her siblings, Harriet, Carol Walters of Kingman, Kansas and David Walters (Marsha) of Salina, Kansas. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
