He was predeceased by: his stepdaughter Audrey Bishop. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his stepchildren, Cindy Betzen, Karen Coon and Jeff Coon; and his nephew Kenton Sallee. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
