He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Diffley and June A. Diffley (Harness); and his siblings, Pamela Smith and Kevin Diffley. He is survived by: his siblings, Anita Dennis of Gardner, KS, Carolyn Barber of San Angelo, TX, Rebecca Diffley of Kansas City, KS, David, Cheryl Diffley of Roscoe, MO, Keith and Diane Diffley of Lawrence, KS; and his brother-in-law Ray Smith of Neveda, MO. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
