She is survived by: her parents, Clyde S. and Leona A. Kooser (Rassmussen); her spouse George Henning; her brother Rodney Kooser; her children, Dennis Henning, Michael Henning (Alice) and Lisa Haslett of DeSoto, KS; and her brother Gary Kooser of Mesa, AZ. She is also survived by five grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
