He was predeceased by: his mother Frances E. Cochran (Jones); his sister Connie Dale; and his friend Richard Lindsay. He is survived by: his father Billie D. Cochran of Norton, KS; and his children, Chyanne McDonald (Brian) of Rozel, KS, Jacob Cochran (Kali) of Larned, KS, Kacie Palmer of Salina, KS and Randy Cochran (Danielle) of Norton, KS. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and many other family members and friends.
