He is survived by: his wife Jean Ann Ferguson; his children, Carl Sidebottom (Jean M.) of Hutchinson and Lee Ann Sidebottom of Lyons; his grandchildren, Sara Sidebottom of Lawrence, KS, Eric Sidebottom of Hutchinson, KS and Ta Tanlem of Thailand; and his sister Daisy Munson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
