He is survived by: his parents, Toby Kuhn and Marla Kuhn (VanDerVeen); his sister Taryn Kuhn of Norton; his grandparents, Nettie Kuhn-Verdi, Alphonse "Ollie" Kuhn and Wauneta VanDerVeen; his uncle Curtis; his aunt Tiffany VanDerVeen; and his cousins, Michael, Chloe VanDerVeen and Cheyenne Todd. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
