He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dale Elliott, Betty Elliott and Junior Shields; and his nephew Andrew Bryan Rule. He is survived by: his friend Marlana; his parents, Bill Elliott and Kay Elliott of Norton; his grandmother Nelda Shields of Hill City; his sisters, Valery Rule (Jason) of Nixa and Libby Nickelson; his daughter Elizabeth of Hays; and also, RubyJane Davis, Oren, Woodland Park, Payton of Nixa, Lauren of Nixa, Lakin of Nixa, Corgan, Caine, Cope Nickelson, Josie Stover, Colton Stover of Norton, Marlana Radke, Bill Davis (RubyJane) of Hays and Aunt Carm of Hill City. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles.
