Myron D. Bietz Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Myron D. Bietz of Norton, Kansas, who passed away on January 2, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Myron may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Myron touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur F. C. and LaVergne Bietz (Schick). He is survived by: his wife Sherland; and his children, Mark Bietz of Delphos, KS, Brenda Aeillo of Spring Hill, KS, Kathy Runnion of Concordia, KS and Laura Klein of Carrollton, VA. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren & 12 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Logan Funeral Home (102 Church St, Logan, KS 67646). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Norton American Legion.
