It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Roberta Holbrook (Norton, Kansas), who passed away on October 20, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Mechsner and Ella Mechsner (Brennan); her husband Earl; her sons, Dennis and Jimmy Holbrook; her siblings, Alice Donovan (George), Ed Mechsner (Ida), Don Mechsner (Helen), Ken Mechsner and Jack Mechsner (Wanda); and her nephews, Roger Mechsner, Martin Mechsner, Mike Mechsner and Steven Mechsner.
She is survived by: her son David Holbrook of Scott City, KS; and her nieces and nephews, Bob Mechsner, Bill Donovan, Donna Avant and Susan Mechsner. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
