He is survived by: his siblings, Conrad Otter (Charlotte) of McPherson, KS, Francis Otter (Phyllis) of Hays, KS, Alfred Otter (Betty) of New Almelo, KS, Harold Otter of Flagstaff, AZ, Mary Schamberger of Hoxie, KS and Janice Richards (Steve) of Sandia Park, NM; and his sister-in-law Julia Otter of Hays, KS. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
