She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. Engelhardt and Mabell Minerva Engelhardt (Barrett); her former husband Lewis V. Howell; her husband Wayne Hanlon; and her siblings, Howard Engelhardt and Helen Bryant.
She is survived by: her siblings, Virginia McMillin of Delia, KS and Lyle Engelhardt (Nancy) of Almena; and her stepchildren, John, Curtis, Rosalie, Theresa, Linda and Lucinda. She is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces, and nephews.
