He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Fischer and Elaine Fischer. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Joylea Hazen of Norton, KS; his sister Pamela Gay Anderson of Lincoln, NE; his children, Rikki Renee Wait (RD) of Norton, KS, Crystal Marie Fischer (Nolan Younce) of Conway Springs, KS and Shine RichardDale Fischer (Erinn) of Hyderabad, India.; and his grandchildren, Rayanne Emily Wait, Kira Marie Forrest, Alise Joylea Wait, Cody Duane Wait, Jessi Jean Wait, Hunter Lee Fyler, Oakley Elizabeth Fischer and Finley Kay Fischer. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
