He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ira Willis Kendall and Viola Bell Lowry Kendall; his wife Betty Jean Kendall; his sons, Richard of Troutdale and Glen of Gresham; and his grandchildren, Kody of Portland and Ashley.
