He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Earl and Violet Gish Eberle; his former spouse Gayle Louise Moran; his sons, Steven Charles and Kurtis Earl; his wife Luella Maud Gilbert; and his son-in-law Kevin Lyon.
He is survived by: his daughters, Dana Madden (Barry) and Kelly Lyon; his daughter-in-law Lisa of Norton; his stepdaughters, Valerie Thrasher and Krystal Schwenn (Larry); his brother Lowell Eberle of Lawrence; and his grandchildren, Heath (Sherry Eberle), Heather Eberle of Westmoreland, Aaron (Andrea Eberle), Casey Madden of Norton, Clay Madden of Norton, Dakota Eberle of Garden City, Chelsey (Tom Huber) and Tosha (Kyle Kats). He is also survived by 2 step-grandsons; 15 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the Glen Elder American Legion or the Andbe Home of Norton.
