We are sad to announce that on February 5, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Billie Dale Cochran of Norton, Kansas, born in Smith Center, Kansas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Caleb Leroy and Nora Matilda Cochran (Carter); his wife Frances; his children, Connie Dale and William "Butch" Cochran; his granddaughter Emily Streit; and his siblings, Keith, Caleb, Dick Cochran, Gladys Pletcher, Dorothy Chase and Jean Bruno.
He is survived by: his daughters, Joyce Romero of Washington State and Mari Martinez (Pangie) of Dodge City, KS. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
