She was predeceased by: her parents, Walt Foley and Rose Fritz Foley; her siblings, Edward Foley, Alice Horner, Donald "Jack" Foley, Dale Foley, Joyce Lindeen and Tom Foley; her husband Harold Wiltfong; and her stepgrandson Cody Russell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Rose (Terry) and Rebecca Louise (Kurt); her granddaughter Jamie (Luke); her great grandchildren, Madilyn and Charlotte; her stepgrandson Ryan (Cassia); her stepgreat-grandchildren, Caden, Chayla, Shailyn, Alexander, Terrance, Savanna and Raiden Russell; her grandson Grant (Wendy); her great grandchildren, Charly and Seve; her granddaughter Haley (Robert); and her great grandchildren, Jackson and Lenny.
