With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bernice Regina Becker (Norton, Kansas), born in San Juan, Texas, who passed away on May 11, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Schandler and Clara Schandler (Grimm); her husband Henry Becker; her sisters, Mary Margaret Schandler, Marge (Jim Hickert) and Lorene (Charles Meyer); her sister-in-law Patricia Schandler; her daughters-in-law, Monika Becker and Ann Becker; her close friend Russ Haring; her grandson Brian Mader; and her great grandchild Gabriel Mader.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Wentz, Henry (late Monika Biehl), Brenken, Eugene (Deborah Warren), Debra Bienhoff (Paul), Edna Mader (Dennis), Paul (Linda Sansom), Lenora, John (late Ann Yeisley), Elaine McCrary (Wayne), Judy Koelling (Kirk), Russell and Christopher (Gina Young); and her brothers, Eugene Schandler, Logan and Robert Schandler (Pam). She is also survived by her 10 children and their 7 spouses; 34 grandchildren, 52 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren.
