He is survived by: his mother Vivian Campbell (LeRoy Armijo) of Commerce City, CO; his children, Haley Glover of Forsyth, MO and Andrew Glover Campbell, Jr. of Forsyth, MO; his sister Amy Campbell of Commerce City, CO; his niece Micayla Campbell of Brighton, CO; his nephew Dylan Campbell of Commerce City, CO; and his close friend Miranda Flores of Arvada, CO. He is also survived by numerous cousins, family members and friends.
