With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alvin Louis Burk of Norton, Kansas, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on March 29, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Louis and Antoinette Burk (Cracchiola). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Whitaker; and his children, Abraham Burk of Norton, KS, Lee Burk (Cynthia) of San Diego, CA, Steven Burk (Amber) of Brighton, CO, Robert Burk of Cumberland, MD and Kendra Burk of Norton, KS. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Harmonson-Redd American Legion Post 63 or the American Heart Association and sent in care of Plumer-Gobber Funeral Home, 215 W. Main St., Norton, KS 67654.
