Aleta Brooks Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Aleta Brooks (Norton, Kansas), who passed away on January 13, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Art Guthrie and Nelle Guthrie (Jones); her siblings, Lyman Guthrie and Carol Guthrie Wingert; her parents-in-law, Frank and Velma Brooks; and her nephews, Greg Wingert, Gary Guthrie and Brian Spear.

She is survived by: her husband Don Brooks; her daughters, Laura Leigh Brooks and Amy Brooks Couch (Rob Couch); her grandchildren, Brewer Guthrie Couch and Julia Faith Couch; and her sister Marilyn Spear Johnson (Don Johnson).
