He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Epp and Margaret Epp (Jantzen); his wife Elsie Ruth Wiebe; his daughter Naomi Engle; and his siblings, Betty Wanda Epp, Wilma Epp and Walter Epp.
He is survived by: his sons, Donald Epp of Pittsburg, Kansas, Stan Epp (Esther) of Newton and Bryan Epp (Janell) of Hesston; his son-in-law Jesse Engle (Kendra) of Newton; and his siblings, Wadie Leder of Canistota and Doris Hofer of Tea. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
