Velora Peters Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Velora Peters (North Newton, Kansas), who passed away on November 1, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Kaufman and Emma Kaufman (Schrag); her husband Victor Peters; her daughter Denise Boone (Russell); and her siblings, Vilas Kaufman (Donna), Betty Washburn (Richard), Dorothy Kaufman (Eugene) and Clayton Kaufman.
She is survived by: her children, Victoria Hill (Gary) of Newton, Michael (Sheila), Charles (Judy) and Patrice Gibbons (Matthew) of Vonore, TN; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Pat Kaufman (Morgan), Larry Peters (Nancy) and Leatrice Schroeder. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
