He was predeceased by: his parents, George McQueen and Ruth McQueen (Schwab); and his brothers, Gilbert, James, David and Delbert.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hoyt; his children, Loren P. of Eudora, Nicholas (Brandie) of Lindsborg, Kan., Abby Tyner (BJ) of Newton, Katie of North Newton and Trisha (Bruce) of Wichita, Kan.; his grandchildren, Jayce McQueen, Julia McQueen, Cameron, Ben, Nicholas Crump, Hayley Makovec and Tamara Tyner; his great grandchild Kennedy Makovec; and his sisters, Raylene Watson of Hutchinson, Kan., Rita Bengtson of Hutchinson, Kan. and Sally Seck of Hutchinson, Kan..
