He was predeceased by: his stepmother Patricia Gronwick; and his niece Brianna Howell. He is survived by: his parents, John L. Gronwick and Marilyn J. Gronwick (Mellema); his stepdaughter Terah Hicks (Ronald); his grandchildren, Brenton Powell and Annabel Hicks; his siblings, Gary (Lynn), David Gronwick (Patrice) and Laura Gronwick; his stepbrothers, Jeff, Bryan (Pamela) and David Howell; and his uncle Roger Gronwick (Paulette).
