He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jackson and Betty Jackson (Flemming); and his brother Greg Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Dana Jackson; his children, Jason Rueschhoff (Jennifer), Amy Ballinger (Rick), Cody Jackson and Kate Singogo (Zika); his sister-in-law Chris Jackson (Sterling); and his sisters, Pat Devries (Jason), Sue Beulke (Dan) and Sheri Kim Jackson. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great-granchildren.
