Wilma Gibbens Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wilma Gibbens (Newton, Kansas), who passed away on May 19, 2018 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John and Winnie; her siblings, John, Bobby, Jimmy, Dewery and Nadine of Dorothy; and her children, Lewis Sr, John Ralph and Rhonda Hudson.

She is survived by: her spouse Ralph Eugene Gibbens (Gene); her brother Cleo; her children, Ernest Gibbens and Janis Bernd (Russel); her grandchildren, Lorie Howe, Steven Gibbens, Chelsea Bernd Burch (Brian), Christine Bernd, Jessica Gibbens and Lewis Jr.; and her great grandchildren, James Howe, Austin Howe, Hayleigh, Karsyn, Taylor Bernd and Cassie Noah.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the designated memorials.
