It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Walton in Newton, Kansas, born in Yates Center, Kansas, who passed away on July 9, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Lorene Chambers and Harold Benjamin Walton; and his brothers, James and Donald H. Walton. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Beaty; his children, Pamela Wilson (Donnie) of Newton, KS, Melissa Farlow (Kevin) of Newton, KS and Andrew Walton (Juliana) of Savannah, GA; his grandchildren, Coty Walton, Danielle Wilson, Christopher, Selena Farlow, Abigail, Andrew Jr. and Aiden Walton; his great grandchild Westyn Smith; his siblings, Barbara Crumrine (Lynn), Mary Filley (Marvin) of Kansas City, MO, Richard Walton (Marlyn) of Yates Center, KS and Gary Walton (Saundra) of Newton, KS; and his sister-in-law Sandra. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes memorial contributions be made to Wesley Medical Center CCU and SICU, 550 N. Hillside, Wichita, KS.
