Schierling (Newton, Kansas), born in Kinsley, Kansas, who passed away on October 20, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Richards and Sophia Richards (Fox); and her husband Irvin Schierling. She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Gillett (Tom) of Newton, Kansas and Sharon Stockham of Newton, Kansas; her grandchildren, Eric Stockham, Liz Schmidt and Nick Gillett; and her great grandchildren, Luke, Ayden and Gavin.

Memorials may be made to St. Mary Catholic School in care of Petersen Funeral Home.
