It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Verene Eason (Newton, Kansas), born in Montezuma, Kansas, who passed away on July 2, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Jantz and Lena Jantz (Wedel); her husband Homer J. Eason; and her siblings, Neola, Sadie, Lilian, Elvera, Jane, Verlin and Ines.
She is survived by: her children, Gary, Larry, Billy, Ronald (Cathy), Ricky, George, Homer, John Eason and Jolene Eason; and her siblings, Dalin Jantz and Evelyn Jantz. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and 12 great great grandchildren.
