She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Stika and Victorine Stika (Lentz); and her brother Joseph Emil. She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Jo Siebert (Ladd) of Eureka, SD, Juanita Bartley of Lebo, KS, Elaine Hayes of Burrton, KS and Gene Stika (Connie) of Moundridge, KS; and her aunt Velma Steve of Aurora, CO. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In Theresa's honor, memorials may be made to the Father Emil J. Kapaun Guild in care of the funeral home.
