He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Rogers and Margaret Schuhart Rogers; and his brother James D. Rogers. He is survived by: his sisters, Jan Rogers of Newton, Carol Mallory of Topeka and Donna Nichols of Lincoln, Neb.; his niece Valena Hadley; and his great-niece Mallory Hadley of Topeka.
