He is survived by: his wife Pam; his son Tyler; his daughter-in-law Ericia Stevens; his daughter Lauren Stevens; his grandchildren, Landyn, Oliver and Savannah Stevens; and his sisters, Jan (Jim Mattingly) and Stephanie (Jay Stanley Jones). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
