He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Joe C.; his wife Virginia Foiles; his children, Ron Heath, Brian Heath (Nanci), Scott Tingen (Wendy), Ricky Tingen (Laree), Mark Tingen (Spring), Bobby Tingen (Ingrid) and Jennifer Lyn Phillips (Chris); his siblings, Elmer Heath (Deidre) and Neva Kreutziger (Wayne); his siblings-in-law, Ron Foiles (Judy), Bob Foiles and Opal Queen; his mother Elizabeth Bonham (Joe Heath); his brother Harland; and his sister-in-law Goldie Fosket. He was also cherished by 23 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in Rodney's name in Lieu of flowers to Wheat Co sawmill building and left with Petersen Funeral Home.
