He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Agee Rains and Elizabeth Rains; his brother Bill Rains; his wife Gail Rains (Smith); and his children, Kim Conley (Patrick) of Littleton, CO., Kaye Gwyther (David) of Darwin Australia and Steve Rains (Robin) of Valley Center.
