He was predeceased by: his daughter Valerie Joan Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Lois Mae Mason; his children, Terry Killingsworth of Marion, KS., Jeanine Kreuzburg (David) of Clearwater, KS. and Michelle Hulse (John); his son-in-law Lester Hoffman of Newton, KS.; his siblings, Don Killingsworth of Hominy, OK., Eva Bohnam (Jerry) of Manter, KS. and Janet Sisco; and his grandchildren, Carey Hedrick (Nathan) of Newton, KS., Jason Hulse (Ki-Lane), Jamie King (Jerry), Adam Kreuzburg (Joanie) and Micheal Kreuzburg (Stephanie). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
