He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Abrahams and Hazel Abrahams (Porter); and his siblings, Bradley, Bevan and Camilla Kochenower.

He is survived by: his wife Cathy Stanhope; and his daughters, Lisa Barham and Stacey Reffner. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
