She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Koehn and Frieda Koehn (Blosser); her son Jason "Jake" Kelley; and her brother Robert "Bob" Koehn. She is survived by: her sons, James Kelley (Wynette), Rick Altum (Autumn) and Guy Altum (Tiffany); her grandchildren, Evan, Abigail, Daniel, Alexis, Christopher, Austin, Cadence, Max, Ashley and Aislyn; and her great grandchildren, Colton, Michael and Weston.
