She was predeceased by: her parents, Gillis Partin and Ernestine Partin; her husband Tommy L. Jay; her sisters, Janey Osborn of Stafford, KS and Lorene Pruner of Augusta, KS; and her grandson TJ Hernandez.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Chance (Dick), Patricia Beason (Thomas), Jeanette Sanchez (Robert), Tommy D Jay, Terri Jay and Julie Becker (Arlo); and her grandchildren, Shalan Becker, Amber Ratzlaff (Drew), Larissa Schmidt (Jason), Teresa Snell, Marti Bell, Shayla Beason, Crystal Vela (Orlando), Danny Sanchez, Tawny Jay, Corey Jay and Tanya Edwards. She is also survived by 30 great grandchildren; 1 great-great granddaughter; along with many loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Kansas Christian Home, 1035 SE 3rd Street, Newton, KS 67114.
