He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Delbert and Alice Viola McDiffett; his daughter Angie; his granddaughter Brianne; and his brother Wayne Hilbish.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Sue Jurgens; his daughters, Kimberly Cox (Chad) of Derby and Beth Atchley (Sean) of Garden City, Kansas; his stepchildren, Nola Jones of Junction City, Cynthia Harder of St. John, Kansas and Leslie Gahman of Salina; and his siblings, Marilyn Kirk (Phil) of Admire, Barbara Katzer (Damian) of Grand Junction, Colorado, Flora Brynjolfsson of Grand Junction, Colorado and Clayton Hilbish (Jane) of Grand Junction, Colorado. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
