He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bill, Cava Jean Tatro, Johann and Pasha Horn. He is survived by: his daughter Chloe Horn; his parents, Henry Horn and Cavette Earlene Montgomery Dake of Newton; and his siblings, Tim Horn (Angela) of Wichita, John Henry Horn (Christie) of Newton, Alex Dake of Wichita and Chelsea Dake of Newton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
