He was predeceased by: his father Simon Zimmerman. He is survived by: his mother Audrey Zimmerman (Zodrow); his siblings, Sam Zimmerman (Stef), Sandy Phenneger (Nancy Hiebert) and Annette Knauss (Chuck) of Hesston, Kansas; his daughter Kristy Hermstein (Jeremy Crites); and his grandchildren, Austin and Hannah. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
